Personal assessment:
Tailored assessment form and a 25-minute one-on-one conversation. Together we figure out where you can improve and set realistic goals.Daily check-in:
Your personal support team checks in with you every morning, assures that you have what you need for the day ahead.Support when you need it: You can text your support team whenever you need during the day, and they got your back and are there to support.
Bi-weekly calls:
Every other week your lead supporer will check in with a 15 minute video call, to assess how we can improve our support and if there’s anything you need.

This is totally up to you! Some choose a preventive Squad to set healthy routines or when they try out new treatment approaches. Others activate their Squad when they know tougher periods or PMS lies ahead. Some use the Squad two weeks off and on when life calls it, some use it more often or even on a regular basis. We recommend to try it out for two weeks and see what results you get, then lets talk about a set up that works for you!
