What is Letterlife squad?

Get help managing everyday life.

ADHD Squad offers personalized support, daily encouragement and hard core accountability right in your phone (by real coaches).

By combining coaching and daily checkins we give you support set and stick to healthy routines, have accountability and ensure your not alone when things get tough.

Here’s how it works

  1. Free assessment: 20-minute one-on-one conversation with one of our experienced ADHD coaches. We help you figure out the most critical things for you to change and set realistic and relevant goals to focus on.
  2. Daily support via SMS: Our ADHD Squad is activated and will send daily messages to remind, encourage nudge and support your daily challenges. You get reminders and a safe channel for help, feedback and understanding.

  • How much does it cost?

    $50 a week. Minimum is two weeks. We suggest you book two weeks and then assess if it’s for you. The idea is that you book your Support Squad the periods you know is tougher for you.

  • What's ADHD coaching and how does it work?

    ADHD Squad is a personalized, goal-driven and structured support between you and our specialized squad team. It’s coaches ready to support you to set sustainable strategies, stick to routines and find moderation in the most important lifestyle factors. Your Squad has the necessary background about you in order to tailor personalized support, for you to reach realistic and relevant goals in your life.

  • How can the ADHD Squad help me?

    Your ADHD Squad has your back when you go through tougher periods of life. Imagine having someone in your corner during the worst PMS periods or someone who understands exactly how difficult seemingly simple task can when you’re juggling procrastination, time management, or organizational difficulties. Your ADHD Squad empowers you by boosting your natural talents and fostering forward momentum!

  • Can I interact with my ADHD Squad or is it just one way communication?

    Absolutely thats the whole idea! The squad will adjust the support depending on your answers and needs. Ready to support you and answer your questions or just let you offload whats on your mind.

  • How long should I work with my Squad?

    This is totally up to you! Some choose a preventive Squad to set healthy routines or when they try out new treatment approaches. Others activate their Squad when they know tougher periods or PMS lies ahead. Some use the Squad two weeks off and on when life calls it, some use it more often or even on a regular basis. We recommend to try it out for two weeks and see what results you get, then lets talk about a set up that works for you!
