Lotta Borg Skoglund, MD PhD

Lotta has over 20 years of experience as a doctor, and her research focuses on ADHD in girls and women.

As a chief physician and associate professor of psychiatry specializing in neuropsychiatry and addiction,  Our research group GODDESS ADHD focuses on increasing knowledge about how hormones affect the mental health of girls and women throughout their lives. One of the most important and enjoyable things for me is spreading this knowledge through lectures and popular science books.

Jolanta has 16 years of experience as an ADHD coach and also lifelong personal experience through her own ADHD diagnosis, previous periods of burnout, and now as an ADHD mom.

I have extensive experience working with educational leadership training and personal development.

I know that when working with ADHD, one must always consider that comorbidity is more the rule than the exception. I always focus on working with the areas of life that have the most significant impact on your health and quality of life, such as hormones, relationships, or work life. Together, we set realistic goals that we evaluate over time, always aiming for a better functioning everyday life and improved quality of life.
